RUNNERS INJURY PREVENTION SERIES: STABILITY IN THE SHOULDERS.

In this video we use the cobra exercise to help stabilise the shoulder.

Activate it! Activation techniques will help activate individual muscles, increase endurance and strength.

You should be targeting muscles that are under active or weak.
