Seasonal variations in concentration may occur — this is a natural product, not a synthetic one.

WHY IONIC FORM MATTERS

Most mineral supplements come in tablet or capsule form — bound to carriers like oxide, citrate, or glycinate. Your body has to break the bond, extract the mineral, and absorb it through the gut wall. CMD delivers minerals in ionic form — they're already dissolved in solution, already in the form your body recognises, and absorbed rapidly. HOW TO USE IT

Take 1 drop per 3kg of body weight daily. For a 60kg adult, that's 20 drops. For a 90kg adult, 30 drops. You can add your full dose to a water bottle and sip throughout the day, or split it — half in the morning, half in the evening.

For filtered or reverse osmosis water: add 20-40 drops per 3.8 litres to remineralise. This transforms dead water into something that tastes and performs like high-end mineral water — at a fraction of the cost.

CMD can be added to any liquid — water, juice, smoothies, even food. Some people love the mineral taste (it has a slightly saline, mineral-rich character). If you find it strong, dilute in a larger volume of water or add to juice. It works beautifully in a training water bottle for electrolyte support during exercise.
