A proprietary blend of Japanese Knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) as Trans-resveratrol, and standardized Red Wine (Vitis vinifera) extracts. The stilbene polyphenols found primarily in Knotweed root and grape skins have significant antioxidant properties, and are anticarcinogenic, anti-inflammatory. It also has antidiabetic properties in supporting the action of insulin and has antidiabetic neuropathy effect as well as retinopathy.

It works against hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and liver injury. It preserves cerebrovascular function by strengthening the epithelium of vascular walls, acting as a protective in the event of ischemic stroke, also protecting the heart muscle.

Resveratrol acts by promoting the recycling ofNAD+ for anti-aging benefits. Moreover, studies have demonstrated that resveratrol activates SIRT I genes, which mimic the healthy aging effects of moderate caloric restriction. It demonstrates antibacterial and antiviral activity whether used alone or with other antimicrobial therapy.
