Who it's for

This is for existing clients whose hormones and stress response keep coming up. What the test measures

DUTCH Plus with Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR) gives a broad picture of your hormones and how your body handles stress:

• Sex hormones and their metabolites, including oestrogen metabolism pathways, progesterone and androgens
• Your daily free cortisol and cortisone rhythm, and metabolised cortisol
• The cortisol awakening response
• A melatonin marker
• Organic acid markers, including B12, B6, glutathione, dopamine and noradrenaline metabolites, and oxidative stress

How it works

1. Your test kit is posted to you.
2. You collect your sample at home, following the instructions that come with the kit.
3. You send it back to the lab, again following the kit instructions.
4. Once your results are in, we have your 1-hour consult together.
