Previously announced as NAD+ Next Gen.
Why We Moved Beyond Single-Ingredient NMN
NAD+ powers your mitochondria, fuels your sirtuins, and declines with age. Most people try to fix that with one precursor. But your NAD+ level is a balance between how much you make and how much you lose, and single-ingredient NMN only works one side of that equation.
Two things work against you as you age:
- CD38, an enzyme that rises with chronic low-grade inflammation, consumes NAD+ directly, and breaks down NMN before your cells can use it.
- NNMT methylates nicotinamide, pulling it out of the recycling (salvage) pathway your cells rely on to rebuild NAD+.
A Multi-Pathway Approach
Re:NRG works on more than one lever at once:
- Precursor supply: NMN and niacinamide, two inputs into the salvage pathway.
- Protecting what you make: apigenin and quercetin, flavonoids shown in laboratory research to inhibit CD38.
- Sirtuin and cellular energy support: trans-resveratrol, with rutin and EGCG as supporting polyphenols.
Re:NRG stands on its own. If you already take Re:juvenate Pro, the two pair well, but you don't need one to start the other.
