Ingredients

19-strain probiotic blend — 30 billion CFU total per 2 capsules. Strains include Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. reuteri, L. plantarum, L. casei, Bifidobacterium longum, B. lactis, B. bifidum, B. breve, B. infantis, and Saccharomyces boulardii (a yeast-based probiotic that survives antibiotic courses).
LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans) — spore-forming, survives stomach acid intact
L-Glutamine — 40mg
Inulin (prebiotic) — 200mg
Apple Pectin — 24mg

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily. One capsule 30 minutes before your first meal; one capsule 2 hours after your last meal. If you are new to probiotics, start with 1 capsule and build up over the first week.
