Bentonite is natural clay derived from volcanic ash from Redmond, Utah. Hydrated Bentonite is made using micro-fine, USP-grade bentonite which is hydrated by suspending the clay in purified water.

The clay is very is very "adsorbent", meaning substances stick to the outside of its atomic structure.

Bentonite is used to relieve constipation and diarrhoea and can be used as an effective colon cleanser.
